		<description>I am also tired of my front neighbors taking my parking spot in front of my house. My neighbor in front moved away but rented out the house and now there are 5 cars there which they always park in front my house. Where is the curtousy of parking in front of your own house. I am really frustrated about this and I just recently bought my home and I only have two cars which I usually park in driveway</description>

		<description>Here is an idea for the city of Norwalk.  If the city wants to make more money and if we want the city to become a better place to live, we should create permit parking for all of Norwalk.  Make it increase with every car added to an address.  25, 50, 100, 200, etc.  Tow if it does not have a permit.  Change the permit annually with color or something.
We need to weed out the bad neighbors that feel they own everything.
Let&#039;s stop letting these bad neighbors bully out the good ones.
