If the city wants to make more money and if we want the city to become a better place to live, we should create permit parking for all of Norwalk. Make it increase with every car added to an address. 25, 50, 100, 200, etc. Tow if it does not have a permit. Change the permit annually with color or something. We need to weed out the bad neighbors that feel they own everything. Let's stop letting these bad neighbors bully out the good ones. Jim Here is an idea for the city of Norwalk.
